Adriane Fernandes serves as the CEO of Karma Ecossistema Digital since June 2017, where over 200 companies have been mentored, managing R$16M in paid media and generating significant revenue through digital strategies. Additionally, Adriane mentors startups in digital marketing at WOW Aceleradora and leads Google Women Will initiatives in Porto Alegre to empower women through technology. Experience includes roles as Head of Performance at WebShare and a co-founder of Minas de Propósito, focusing on women's empowerment in entrepreneurship.
