Geoff Alexander is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer at Wow Bao since June 2017, Geoff also holds the position of Managing Partner with Lettuce Entertain You. Previous roles include leadership positions at various high-profile restaurants, including Executive Vice President and Managing Partner at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants from 1993 to 2017, and multiple president roles at Frankie's Scaloppine, Vong's Thai Kitchen, and Shaw's Crab House. Additionally, Geoff has been a Spin Instructor at Fitness Formula Clubs since 2014. Geoff Alexander obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1989 and 1993.
