Christian Espinoza.

Christian Espinoza has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Christian founded WOW! Building Maintenance Solutions in 2005 and served as the Chief Executive Officer, leading the company to become one of the fastest growing minority owned and operated janitorial maintenance companies in the Tri-State Area. At WOW! BMS, they focused on creating healthy and well-maintained work environments through sustainable cleaning practices and implementing new technologies.

In 2007, Christian joined HSBC where they participated in the Retail Management Program for a year. Following that, they worked at TD from 2005 to 2006 as part of their Credit Analyst Training Program.

Christian Espinoza received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Finance from Manhattan College between 1999 and 2002. Christian pursued further education at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business/Trade/Commerce from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, they hold certifications from ISSA-The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association, IICRC, and is a member of several professional associations including the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), U.S. Green Building Council, IFMA Westchester County - Hudson Valley Chapter, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, BOMA New York, and The Business Council of Westchester.
