Sharat Batra

Sharat Batra has extensive experience in the fast food industry, with a particular focus on operations and management. Sharat is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Wow! Momo, a position they have held since January 2023.

Prior to joining Wow! Momo, Sharat held various roles at KFC. From April 2020 to April 2023, they served as a Market Manager. Before that, they were the Head of Training and Development from January 2019 to March 2020. Sharat also worked as an Associate Operations Manager from April 2015 to January 2019, a Regional Manager from January 2013 to March 2015, and an Area Coach from July 2010 to December 2012. Their career at KFC started as a Restaurant General Manager from June 2009 to June 2010.

Before joining KFC, Sharat worked at Burger King Corporation as an RGM from July 2007 to March 2009. Sharat also gained experience at KFC UK & Ireland, where they served as an RGM from January 2005 to June 2007.

Sharat Batra completed a Senior Leadership Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2022. In 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the National Institute of Business Management in Chennai, with a focus on Retail Management and Operations Management. Sharat obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Maharshi Dayanand University, majoring in Commerce.
