Prakhar Agrawal

Prakhar Agrawal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Prakhar started their career as a Student at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. During their time there, they were a part of several student organizations, including the UPES E-CEll and Upes CSI Student Chapter, where they served as a Committee Member and Web Development team member, respectively. Prakhar also held the position of Database and Documentation Head at the UPES E-360 Club.

In 2014, Prakhar worked as a Summer Intern at Chipmonks Pvt Ltd. Following this, they joined Baba Fattoosh as a member of the Core Team. In this role, they played a crucial part in scaling the business and implementing backend automation on the website. Their BTL and low-cost marketing strategies resulted in a significant increase in daily order volume.

In 2016, Prakhar became a Business Owner at Agrawal Sons, where they successfully managed a wide range of products and implemented demand and supply planning practices. Prakhar also handled payment processes to ensure smooth working capital rotation.

Prakhar's next venture was at The Healthy Cravings Co, where they initially served as Chief of Staff in the Core Team. Here, they established an internal data team and designed a Google Sheets dashboard, enabling easy access to critical data for informed business decision-making. Later, they took on the role of Head of Operations at the same company, building a team and overseeing logistics, order processing, production, and quality control.

Currently, Prakhar is working at WOW Skin Science as a Program Manager - Innovations. In this position, they are responsible for various aspects of the business, including unit economics, product portfolio management, vendor management, supply chain planning, and cost reduction. Prakhar has also contributed to sustainability initiatives through the WOW Green Hands program.

Throughout their career, Prakhar has demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth, streamline operations, and make data-driven decisions.

Prakhar Agrawal attended St. Joseph's College, Allahabad and completed their INTERMEDIATE degree in 2010. Prakhar then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from UPES, graduating in 2015. In addition to their formal education, Prakhar also obtained a certification in Advanced Java from HPES in May 2012.
