Derek Mayer

Derek Mayer is the current General Manager at Wow Video Tours, a position they have held for several years. Derek has also previous experience working as an Associate Agent at George Diller Insurance - Nationwide Insurance and as an accountant at The Cochlan Group, Inc.

Derek has always been interested in helping others and finding ways to make their lives easier. Derek saw an opportunity to do this when they started working as an Associate Agent at George Diller Insurance. Derek enjoyed helping their clients choose the right insurance coverage for their needs and solving any issues they had.

When Derek started working as an accountant at The Cochlan Group, they quickly realized that they had a passion for numbers and enjoyed finding ways to save their clients money. Derek was able to use their knowledge of accounting to create monthly financial reports, prepare budgets, and reconcile accounts.

Derek’s experience in both the insurance and accounting industries has helped him be successful in their current role as General Manager at Wow Video Tours. Derek is able to use their knowledge of numbers to create budget and pricing plans for the company, and their customer service skills to ensure that all of the company’s clients are happy with their products and services.

Derek Mayer has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Cornerstone University.

Derek Mayer reports to Todd Kivimaki, Owner & Founder. They work with Annie Frost - Director of Marketing, William Asiama - Director of Engineering, and Nick Kellis - Director of Strategic Communication.
