Roman Kupko

Roman Kupko currently serves as a Customer Service Team Lead at WOW24-7, where responsibilities include managing a team of customer service representatives, establishing performance standards, and onboarding new agents. Prior to this role, Roman worked as a Customer Service Representative with the Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine and as an Assistant to the Director, managing office administration tasks and facilitating international cooperation. Roman's experience also includes positions at Mindy Support, ARCE contact center, and providing cargo tracking services. Roman holds a Master’s degree in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Kyiv National Linguistics University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philology from the National Academy of State Border Service of Ukraine.
