Matt Schouten is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software development and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Web Development at WP Engine, Matt has navigated significant organizational changes while refining the company’s online presence. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at TriumphPay, where Matt managed complex trucking payment systems and initiated an onboarding program, and Technical Lead positions at Home Instead and HI Digital Solutions, focusing on cloud-based software and process improvements. With extensive experience at Herzog Technologies as Senior Director of Product Development, along with foundational engineering roles at Rockwell Collins and Wabtec Railway Electronics, Matt possesses a diverse skill set that spans various technologies and industries.
