Rebecca Wood-Spagnoli

Rebecca Wood-Spagnoli is a seasoned UX research professional currently serving as Senior Manager of UX Research at WP Engine, where responsibilities include managing a team of 13, maturing research practices, and collaborating with senior leadership to align research with product strategy. Rebecca’s experience includes leading the UX Research team at WP Engine, establishing research processes at Blackboard, and managing user research at athenahealth. Additionally, Rebecca contributes as an Adjunct Faculty in UX at Austin Community College. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Psychology from Tufts University and a Master of Science in Management from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
