Emily del Greco

Emily Del Greco is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in media, advertising, and consulting. Currently serving as Global Chief Operating Officer at WPP Media since February 2025, Emily previously held the position of Partner at McKinsey & Company from January 2020 to January 2025, specializing in Commerce Media and Advertising. As President of MightyHive from January 2018 to January 2020, Emily achieved significant revenue growth, launched a consulting business, and formed strategic partnerships. Emily also founded Del Greco Solutions in 2016 to address unique challenges in the industry. Prior experience includes serving as VP Sales at Adelphic, where Emily was instrumental in acquiring the company and generating initial revenue streams. Emily holds a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
