Liz Holland is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in various sectors, including fashion retail, police services, and public relations. Currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Delivery Partner at WPP since March 2021, Liz has previously held multiple roles within the organization, including Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to WPP, Liz was a Police Detective with the Metropolitan Police and led the Talent Acquisition function at Monsoon Accessorize as Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Liz also held positions at RHR UK in senior account management roles, specializing in HR and retail recruitment, and began a career in recruitment as a Senior Consultant at CVUK Fashion & Retail Recruitment. A graduate of The Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA (HONS) in Fashion Design and Technology, Liz has a robust background in managing client-candidate relationships and developing talent acquisition strategies.
