Sandra Collins

Sandra Collins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Delivery Centre of Excellence Lead at WPP, Sandra leads a team of approximately 30 permanent delivery professionals and oversees a matrix of over 60 contractors, driving strategic transformation initiatives and guiding the shift to an Agile operating model. Previous roles include Director of Agile Capability & Delivery at BT, where Sandra managed a £40 million portfolio, and Agile Program Manager positions at Experian and LexisNexis, focusing on innovation frameworks and digital product delivery. With a foundational career at Ford Motor Company, Sandra developed her expertise in managing IT programs and PMO functions. Sandra holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield.
