Roberto Vasconcelos

Roberto Vasconcelos has extensive experience in software development and support, currently serving as an Analista de desenvolvimento de software at WPS Brasil since March 2014, where responsibilities include managing web services applications and administering server and database applications, as well as providing incident resolution support. Previously, Roberto worked as an Analista Suporte at Teleperformance Brasil from October 2012 to March 2014, offering support for web and host tools and troubleshooting software installation issues. Roberto holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão de Projetos from FIAP (2014-2015) and a degree in Engenharia de Computação from Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista (2008-2012).
