Jennifer Carerros

Jennifer Carerros, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as HR Business Partner Director at WPS Health Solutions since June 2014. In this role, Jennifer acts as a strategic partner to business units and human resources, providing support and resources to meet organizational goals. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Senior Employee Relations Specialist at WPS Health Insurance since February 2001, where responsibilities included assisting management with labor agreements and employment laws, as well as supporting day-to-day supervisory duties. Jennifer also worked as a Customer Service Supervisor, overseeing a team of representatives to ensure high-quality service in alignment with contractual guidelines.
