Jim Gomon

Jim Gomon is a highly experienced professional in IT infrastructure and information systems, currently serving as Director, IT Infrastructure Operations at WPS Health Solutions since January 2018. In this role, Jim oversees data center operations, network, telecom, device support, and enterprise scheduling, while also focusing on staff development and strategic planning. Prior to this position, Jim held various roles at WPS Health Insurance since 2005, including Director of Information Systems with responsibilities for managing complex voice systems, call centers, and IS disaster recovery, along with previous roles as Manager of Telecom Architecture and Senior Telecom Architect.
