Leslee McPhail

Leslee McPhail, SPHR has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Leslee began their career in 1997 as a Human Resource Director at Community Health Systems, where they worked until 2001. Following this, they joined Wisconsin Physicians Services as a Human Resource Manager, a position they held for 18 years, until 2019. During this time, they gained valuable expertise in HR management. In 2017, they transitioned to WPS Health Solutions, first as the Director of HRBP Gov't Contract, and later as the Director of Human Resources Business Partners. Leslee McPhail's work history demonstrates their strong leadership, management, and strategic skills in the HR field.

Leslee McPhail, SPHR completed their education at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Leslee earned their Masters degree in Business Administration from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, they received their MBA with a focus in Finance and Human Resources during the same time period. Leslee McPhail obtained additional certifications such as SHRM-SCP from SHRM in July 2015 and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2012.
