Michelle Cannoy Brud

Michelle Cannoy Brud is an experienced professional in agile transformation and leadership, currently serving as the Manager of the Agile Transformation Office at WPS Health Insurance since August 2020. In this role, Michelle defines and executes an enterprise Agile transformation strategy for over 50 teams, develops executive coaching programs, and conducts various agile training courses. Prior to WPS Health Insurance, Michelle held leadership positions at Vector & Ink, UW Credit Union, CUNA Mutual Group, Great Wolf Lodge, and Madison Gas and Electric, where responsibilities included digital strategy, product development, operational efficiency, and team building. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science and Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
