Shirley Delong

Shirley DeLong's work experience includes serving as the CFO at WPX Delivery Solutions from 2007-present. In this role, they are responsible for financial reporting, cash management, budgeting and forecasting, as well as information and communication systems planning and implementation. Shirley also manages human resources and benefits, and ensures risk management and compliance. Prior to that, DeLong worked as the Controller at Pragmatyxs Inc from 1995 to 2005. In this role, they assisted with the company start-up, acted as Corporate Secretary/Treasurer for the Board of Directors, and was responsible for all finance, accounting, human resources, and administrative functions.

Shirley DeLong received a Board Leadership Training from ArtsFund in the year 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from SBGE at Seattle Pacific University from 1985 to 1991.
