Alan Harrison

Alan Harrison has significant experience in the energy industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Alan began their career as a District Manager at HS Resources, Inc. in 1996 and served in this role until 2001. From 2001 to 2006, Harrison worked as the Vice President of the Rocky Mtn. Region at Kerr McGee Corporation. Since 2006, they have been with WPX Energy, initially serving as the Vice President of the Piceance Basin and currently as the Vice President of Drilling Operations. In their current role, Harrison oversees a portfolio of over 6,000 wells and is responsible for leading drilling operations in the Piceance, Williston, and Appalachia basins. WPX Energy is one of the nation's top ten natural gas producers with a combined production in excess of 800 million cubic feet per day.

Alan Harrison attended the Colorado School of Mines from 1978 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Petroleum Engineering.
