David Fullmer

David Fullmer is a seasoned immigration attorney with extensive experience in the field. Since joining WR Immigration as a partner in August 2017, David has also served as the Chair of the LA County Bar Immigration Section for the 2017-2018 term. As a board member of GPSLA since March 2019, David contributes to a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting investors and companies relocating to Southern California. David co-founded Ivener & Fullmer LLP in January 2002, where a focus on corporate, entertainment, and non-immigrant investor-based practice areas was developed. Prior to that, David was an Associate Attorney at Ivener & Holt, LLP, where responsibilities included preparing various visa applications. David holds a JD from Loyola Law School and a BA in Japanese from Brigham Young University.
