Cleve V. Arguelles

Cleve V. Arguelles is the President and Chief Executive Officer of WR Numero Research, a non-partisan public opinion research firm focused on understanding Philippine politics and society. With extensive experience as a consultant, researcher, and academic, Cleve has served in various prominent roles, including Managing Director and Fellow at Independent, data analyst for Amnesty International, and researcher with organizations such as the Global Disinformation Index and the Asia Democracy Network. Cleve holds the 2023 UP President Edgardo J. Angara Fellowship and serves as an Assistant Professorial Lecturer at De La Salle University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Political Science from Central European University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines.
