Hope Kingma's work experience begins in 2003 when they joined Monk & Associates, Inc. as an Associate Biologist. Hope remained in this role until March 2020. In March 2020, they transitioned to WRA, Inc. where they currently serve as the Biology and Regulatory Permitting Director.
Hope Kingma earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental Biology from California State University - East Bay, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Hope also obtained the Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) certification from the Society of Wetland Scientists - Professional Certification Program in May 2021. In addition, they hold certifications as a SCUBA Diver from PADI and in Wetland Delineation from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Certification Training Program.
