Katie Rothwell

Katie Rothwell serves as the Corporate Responsibility Manager at Gowling WLG, a position held since May 2014, where responsibilities include managing community investment initiatives, notably as the sole Legal Advisor for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and overseeing pro bono work for various charities. Prior to this role, Katie held the position of Corporate Responsibility Executive at Wragge & Co LLP starting in November 2009, alongside experience as an Employment and Pensions Law Solicitor. Earlier in Katie's career, a solicitor role was undertaken at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP from August 2006 to July 2009. Katie's educational background includes a Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor of Laws from Durham University, complemented by attendance at Loughborough High School.
