Aaron Thomas

Aaron Thomas is a seasoned reporter and multimedia journalist with extensive experience in broadcast journalism. Currently serving as the Voice Announcer for the NC State Marching Band, Aaron engages tens of thousands of fans at Carter-Finley Stadium. Prior experience includes reporting roles at WRAL, WRIC-TV ABC 8News, and WTAJ-TV, where responsibilities encompassed live broadcasting, content creation, and story pitching. Aaron's background also includes positions in customer service and journalism internships, further enhancing a well-rounded skill set in communication and media. A graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Journalism, Aaron has demonstrated a commitment to delivering compelling news and engaging storytelling throughout a progressive career.
