Gianna Forbis

Gianna Forbis is an experienced multimedia journalist currently serving as a Weekend Anchor/Reporter at WPDE TV 15 since April 2024. Prior roles include News Production Assistant at WRAL, where Gianna contributed to script crafting and production duties, and Digital Reporter for 247Sports, hosting the "2 Minute Drill" video series. Previous experiences feature content production at FantasyPros, where Gianna created videos to analyze betting lines, and a Global Communications Internship at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies. Gianna also served as a Vertical Storyteller for the NCAA and hosted the "Off the Ice" podcast for the USPHL Carolina Junior Hurricanes. With a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from North Carolina State University, Gianna has developed a diverse skill set in journalism and social media management.
