Arnika Singh has had a varied work experience over the past eight years. In 2012, they began working as a Partnerships & Communications Manager at Halabol Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where they were part of the Social Media, Communications, Editorial and Partnerships Team. In 2014, they joined Centre for Social Research as a Communications Specialist and Project Coordinator for the Media and Communications Division. In 2018, they became a Co-Founder of Social Media Matters. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder of Youth Online Learning Opportunities and also took on the role of Lead, Communications and Public Relations at Wranga. Additionally, they also became a Co-Founder of Wranga, where they provided best parenting advice for digital nutrition check for children. In 2020, they became a Communication Creator at Wrang.
Arnika Singh completed their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Amity University between 2006 and 2009. Arnika then went on to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University between 2009 and 2011.
