Michael Negron is currently the Senior Manager of Client Operations Internal Enablement at Wrapbook. Previously, from 2020 to 2021, they were the Lead for Client Strategy Enablement at Attentive, where they developed key resources and strategies for the Customer Success team. Michael also held significant roles at Updater as a Senior Client Success Manager and at Policygenius Inc. as Client Services Operations Lead, contributing to the development of customer support operations and satisfaction. In addition to their professional experience, Michael is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Queens College.
