Simon Ayley

Simon Ayley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic growth within the water and environment sectors. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Growth Partnerships, Director of Water & Environment, Commercial Director - Strategic Projects, and Key Account Director at WRc Group since March 2017, Simon has held various leadership roles that include Business Development Director at Synthotech Limited and Project Manager at Land & Marine Project Engineering Ltd. Notably, Simon has also served as President of IGEM and Chairman of the Wales & West Branch of The Pipeline Industries Guild. With a BEng in Chemical Engineering from London South Bank University, Simon's career is marked by a strong focus on project management and strategic development.
