Hanna Petrachenka has over 17 years of work experience in a variety of roles. Hanna began their career in 2003 as a Correspondent at PVZ.BY. Three years later, they transitioned to CTV.BY as a Television News Reporter. In 2009, they moved to VB.BY as a Special Correspondent. In 2015, they continued their work as a Special Correspondent at SB.BY. In 2018, they took on the role of Head of Development, Media & Communications at Interim, where they created a Media Marketing Strategy, activity roadmap, and managed all media related operations and decisions. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Head of Organizational Strategy and External Communications at Pandatron.

Hanna Petrachenka has a diverse educational background. Hanna obtained a Specialist degree from Belarusian State University in International Journalism from 2004 to 2009. Hanna then continued their studies at the same university, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Journalism from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Belarusian State University. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate from Google in Google Analytics. In 2021, they completed a Course in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Michigan, as well as a Certificate from the Google Mobile Academy in Google Ads Search & Ads Display. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Chief of Staff from On Deck in 2022, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals from LinkedIn in 2022, and LinkedIn Marketing Strategy from LinkedIn in 2022.
