Erin Connolly

Erin Connolly has over 14 years of professional work experience. Erin began their career in 2007 as a Project Assistant at the Local Government Commission. In 2011, they joined Mills College as a Senior Graduate Admissions Counselor, where they were also a Graduate Admission Counselor, Interim Undergraduate Admission Counselor, Course Assistant, and Teaching Assistant. In 2016, they became the Assistant Director of Admissions at Mills College Lorry I. Lokey Graduate School of Business. In 2018, they joined Accenture as an HR Partner Specialist, Recruiter on the Candidate Management Team, and Senior Analyst on the Campus Recruiting Team. In 2021, they joined Wrecking Ball, Inc. Advertising and Design as an Account Executive, and in 2022 they became a Facilitator at Briggs Performance Consulting.

Erin Connolly attended American River College from 2008 to 2010. Erin then went on to Mills College, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2012. From 2017 to 2019, they attended the University of San Francisco School of Management, graduating with a Master of Science (MS) in Organizational Development.
