Eleonora Sarracco

Eleonora Sarracco is a Health Research Assistant at Consorzio per Valutazioni Biologiche e Farmacologiche (CVBF) since June 2024. Previously, Sarracco worked as an Associate Researcher at WaveBreak (formerly Wren Therapeutics) from February 2020 to March 2024, focusing on developing hiPSC-based neuronal models for drug discovery in neurodegenerative diseases and testing lead compounds for their efficacy in reducing pathogenic aggregation. Sarracco also held the position of Research Assistant at WaveBreak. Educational qualifications include a degree in Clinical Research from AICRO's Mycroscope, a Laurea Magistrale in Cell and Molecular Biology from Università degli Studi di Firenze, and a Laurea triennale in Biology from the same institution.
