Ken Veneziano

Ken Veneziano currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer for Wrench Group since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the President of Del-Air Heating and Air Conditioning, where operations spanned residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services in Florida. Ken has held significant legal positions, including Head of Real Estate & Facilities Management and Senior Legal Counsel for Centrica, as well as Vice President, Legal at HD Supply. Ken co-founded Grayson Mountain Water and has extensive background in mergers and acquisitions with firms such as Whitman & Ransom and Greenberg Traurig. Ken holds a B.A. in History from Columbia University, a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, and a certificate in Finance and Accounting for Nonfinancial Executives from Columbia Business School.
