Rachel von Borstel

Rachel Von Borstel is an experienced education and inclusion professional with extensive expertise in managing and supporting learners with additional learning needs. Currently serving as an Inclusion Officer Post 16 at Wrexham County Borough Council since November 2022, Rachel has held the position of Chief Moderator for ITQ at OCR since June 1998, overseeing a team and coordinating qualifications development.
