Seth Kay

Seth Kay has been working at Wrexham County Borough Council since November 2002 as a Systems Project Manager in the Information Management Services department. Prior to this, Seth worked at Fujitsu Services as a Performance Analyst. Before joining Fujitsu, Seth was with ICL working on processing the 2001 Census of Population returns. Seth also worked at the Office for National Statistics from 1991 to 2002 as a Statistical Analyst. Seth holds an Information Management BSc (hons) degree from Liverpool John Moores University, obtained from 1996 to 2001.
