Christine Bonatsos

Christine Bonatsos serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority since May 2023. Prior to this role, Christine held various leadership positions, including Director of Human Resources at Misericordia Health Centre and Director of Total Rewards & Wellness at Princess Auto Ltd. Experience at London Health Sciences Centre involved managing employee and labour relations as well as recruitment and compensation. Christine also contributed to Grand River Hospital, where roles included Director of Total Rewards & Talent Acquisition and Manager of Compensation & Benefits. Additional experience includes senior management positions in human resources at OLG and Easter Seals Ontario, along with a managerial role in compensation and benefits at Toromont Cat. Christine possesses an Honours and Masters degree in Environment & Resources Management from Western University, specializing in multivariate statistical analysis related to food security projects.
