Jessica Smart

Jessica Smart is an experienced clinical professional with a strong background in nursing and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Clinical Team Manager at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority since April 2021, Jessica previously held the role of Patient Care Team Manager at Seven Oaks General Hospital just before that. Jessica's career at WRHA also includes positions as a Nurse Educator and Clinical Resource Nurse from March 2018 to November 2020. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Manitoba, obtained between 2019 and 2022, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from RRC Polytech and a Diploma in Nursing from Assiniboine College.
