Sébastien Tessier

Sébastien Tessier currently serves as a Leadership Resident at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority since June 2023 and as the Director of Innovation at Centre de santé Saint-Boniface since December 2022. With a diverse background in respiratory therapy, Sébastien has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Health Science Centre Winnipeg since March 2013, and previously held the role of Clinical Account Executive at Masimo from July 2021 to December 2022. Sébastien also worked as an Advanced Practice Respiratory Therapist at Manitoba Shared Health from December 2018 to December 2021 and operated as a Healthcare Applications Consultant at TESSIER Consulting from January 2017 to December 2021. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration with a Leadership Specialization from Dalhousie University (2019-2021), a Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from the University of Manitoba (2014-2015), a Certificate in Interprofessional Education from the Academic Health Council (2013), and an Advanced Diploma in Respiratory Therapy from Collège La Cité (2009-2012).
