Terry Scheerens

Terry Scheerens has substantial work experience in operations management. They recently joined Wright Beverage Distributing as the Director of Operations in December 2021. Previously, they worked at FRITO LAY from 2015 to 2021, where they held the position of WNY Zone Operations Manager. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at PepsiCo - Frito Lay from 1995 to 2021, serving as a Sr. Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for various financial aspects of Sales Operations, team development, quality performance, cost control, service, and safety for the Rochester Sales Operations distribution center. They also served as a labor leader for 15 sites in the Atlantic Region.
