Jackie Tatum

Jackie Tatum has extensive experience in customer service and mailing services, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Wright Business Graphics since May 2017, where cross training in all departments has been a key focus. Prior to this, Jackie held the position of Mailing Service Manager at Graphic Arts Center, Inc. from October 1988 to April 2017, overseeing mailing operations, approving back covers, scheduling mailings, and consulting with customers on address block formats. Jackie began the career as a Mailing Coordinator at DMP/MM from January 1976 to October 1988, developing foundational expertise in the mailing industry.
