Clare Byrne

Clare Byrne is a dedicated professional in the field of orthotics and prosthetics, currently serving as a Resident Prosthetist at Wright & Filippis since May 2021. Responsibilities include evaluating and educating patients, capturing 3D scans for prosthetic modifications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective rehabilitation. Clare previously worked as a Resident Orthotist, where evaluations and design collaborations were performed for a diverse patient population. Prior internship experiences include clinical roles focused on prosthetic and orthotic fabrication, engineering design, and quality improvement in medical devices, complemented by a Master's degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from The University of Toledo.
