Alicia Hernandez Jones

Alicia Hernandez Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alicia started their career in 2016 as a Student Disability Services Assistant at the University of Iowa. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Delta Dental of Iowa. Alicia then joined Central Iowa Works as an Administrative Assistant in 2019, before transitioning to the role of Volunteer Engagement Specialist at United Way of Central Iowa later that year. In 2021, Alicia joined Paychex as a Service Associate - SMB Service, and also worked as a Recruiter/1st Shift Supervisor at Otterbox through primesource staffing. Currently, they are a Recruiting Specialist at Wright Service Corp.

Alicia Hernandez Jones has pursued their education at the University of Iowa, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Spanish, and Human Relations. Alicia has also attended Kirkwood Community College, obtaining an Associate of Arts - AA degree with a focus on General Studies.
