Jordan Webb

Jordan Webb, SHRM-CP, has a diverse background in human resources and recruiting. They began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Viking Pump in 2014, where they supported talent acquisition and promoted safety culture. In 2015, they transitioned to a Staffing Manager role at Robert Half before joining Wright Service Corp. In their time at Wright Service Corp., Jordan has held various positions including Human Resources Recruiter, Human Resources Generalist, Senior Human Resources Generalist, Lead Recruiting Specialist, and currently serves as the Recruiting Manager. They have developed relationships to attract and retain top talent and executed the full recruiting lifecycle. Jordan's experience showcases their expertise in talent acquisition and human resources management.

Jordan Webb, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from the University of Northern Iowa, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree at North Iowa Area Community College from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" and "Leading Inclusive Teams" from LinkedIn in January 2021. Jordan also holds the certification of SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, obtained in July 2017.
