Dave Foss

Dave Foss, P.E. is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment, wetlands design, and utility master planning. Since January 2001, Dave has held the positions of Adjunct Engineer and Senior Project Engineer at Wright Water Engineers, Inc., where responsibilities included project management, design engineering, construction administration, and regulatory permitting. In addition, Dave serves as the Principal at D. Foss Consulting, a role undertaken since April 2013. Educationally, Dave holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed between 1997 and 2001.
