Artem Gurnov

Artem Gurnov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account development, customer engagement, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Account Development for North America at Wrike since November 2017, Artem has successfully built a hybrid sales and customer success model for the SMB segment, focusing on sales and retention targets. Previous roles at Wrike include Head of Global Customer Engagement and Manager of Customer Engagement Global, where Artem demonstrated expertise in managing teams and enhancing customer relationships through automation and strategic initiatives. Prior experiences in key account management at Tech-Krep and Ecobalt involved the establishment of long-term client relationships and effective product assortment strategies. Artem’s background also includes significant leadership roles in merchandising and project management across various companies, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Saint Petersburg State University.
