Jaidev Kaniyil

Jaidev Kaniyil has worked in the hardware engineering field since 1999. Jaidev's work experience includes Senior Member of Technical staff at empowerTel Networks from 1999 to 2001, Senior Hardware Engineer at Bivio Networks from 2001 to 2003, Senior Staff Engineer at Force Computers/Motorola from 2004 to 2005, Principal Engineer at Novatel Wireless from 2005 to 2012, Senior Hardware Architect at Lab126 from 2012 to 2014, Lead Hardware Engineer at GoPro from 2014 to 2015, LTE System Hardware Architect at Ruckus Wireless from 2015 to 2017, and Lead Hardware Engineer at Wristcam from 2017 to present.

Jaidev Kaniyil obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Communications and Systems from The University of Electro-Communiations, Tokyo between 1989 and 1993. Jaidev also received a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Centre for Product Design and Manufacturing, Indian Institute of Science between 1980 and 1982. Jaidev Kaniyil completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur (Calicut University) between 1975 and 1980.
