Karen Situ

Karen Situ has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Karen is currently working as a Writer, holding the position of Chief of Staff since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an On Deck - Chief of Staff Fellow at On Deck from August 2021.

Before On Deck, Karen worked at Unit21 as a Chief of Staff to the CTO from July 2021 to August 2022. Karen also held the role of Technical Program Manager at Unit21 from January 2021 to July 2021.

Karen has also worked at LiveRamp UK, where they served as a Technical Program Manager from June 2020 to December 2020, and as a Sr Product Operations Manager from November 2018 to June 2020. Karen previously worked at LiveRamp, An Acxiom Company as a Product Operations Manager from July 2017 to November 2018.

Additionally, Karen has experience at Greenhouse Software, Inc. as a Customer Support Specialist II from October 2016 to June 2017, and as a Customer Support Specialist I from October 2015 to September 2016. Karen also worked at Beautylish as a Customer Service Specialist from March 2015 to March 2016.

Lastly, Karen worked at VigLink as a Publisher Services Coordinator from May 2015 to September 2015. Their responsibilities in this role included managing the customer support queue, investigating technical issues, and contributing to the company's knowledge base.

Karen Situ has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies from UC Irvine. Karen also has participated in various immersion programs, including one at Sciences Po Lyon - Institut d'Etudes Politiques, where they focused on French immersion, and another at Université Lumière Lyon 2, where they continued their French immersion studies. Additionally, Karen participated in immersion programs at Meiji Gakuin University for global studies and Yonsei University for international studies. Furthermore, they obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in March 2021.
