Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Engineer for the Government of Jharkhand from January 2019 to March 2022. Nayan holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from Ranchi University and is currently pursuing a degree in Urban Planning and Development from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
