Danielle Lucchesi Fellguth, J.D., is a legal professional with extensive experience in entertainment law and contract administration. Currently serving as the Residuals Collections Administrator and Arbitration Coordinator at the Writers Guild of America West since July 2021, Danielle previously held editorial and intern positions at several esteemed organizations, including Spotlight Entertainment Law Review, Amazon Studios, and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. Danielle also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Perry C. Wander and Lowe & Associates, as well as internships at SAG-AFTRA and the Writers Guild of America West. In addition to legal work, Danielle contributed to advocacy as a National Board Member for Kids As Self Advocates and a Rising Leaders Advisory Council Member at Disability:IN. Danielle holds a Doctor of Law degree from USC Gould School of Law, an MBA from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

The Writers Guild of America West (WGAW) is a labor union representing writers of motion pictures and television, including news and documentaries. A democratic organization, we negotiate and enforce contracts that protect the creative, economic, and civil rights of our members. The WGAW fights to maximize writer compensation, protect earned health and pension benefits, promote inclusive work environments, and align the interests of talent agencies with their writer clients. We are involved in a wide range of industry initiatives and partnerships, and active in public policy and legislative matters at the local, national, and international levels.
