Sheila Boyd

Sheila Boyd is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support and freelance writing. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Assistant Executive Director at the Writers Guild of America West since July 2006, Sheila has also held the position of Executive Assistant/Member Organizing Coordinator. In addition to this role, Sheila is a self-employed freelance food writer and photographer since December 2008. Previous experience includes working as an Executive Assistant at Pasadena Playhouse from December 1999 to May 2006, where responsibilities included assisting the Executive Director and coordinating Board meetings and events. Sheila began a career in the legal field as a freelance paralegal, providing support for major law firms in Southern California from September 1998 to December 1999. Educational qualifications include studies at Pomona College, California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, UCLA, and the University of St Andrews, along with a certificate in Meeting and Event Planning from UCLA.
