Al Araneo

Al Araneo has a extensive work experience in the publishing industry. Al started their career at Penguin Books in 1993 as a Contracts Associate, and worked there until 1999. In 1998, they joined Bookspan as a Contracts Manager and stayed there until 2006. From 1999 to 2002, they also worked at Doubleday Select as a Contracts Manager. In 2006, they joined Writers House LLC as a Contracts Manager and later moved up to the role of Director of Contracts. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President, Business Affairs at Writers House LLC.

Al Araneo completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Binghamton University from 1988 to 1992. From 1994 to 1996, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in English with a focus on Romantic Literature at St. John's University. Later, between 2000 and 2004, they attended New York Law School, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree. The field of study for their J.D. degree is not specified.
